Medication?: You may be seeing the remnants of the medication since you were using it vaginally. If the symptoms are going then you probably want to give it a week or so. If symptoms and discharge return then you may need to see your doctor again.

Need more info: Discharge may be from other infection. My advise is to return to your OB/GYN and have him/her re-examine you.
