See your doctor: This may be due to medications as you are likely on some type of bloood thinner after your stroke. Please consult ur doctor as this can be serious. Good luck!

No connection,: probably. Of course you had a "cerebral" stroke; there isn't any other kind of stroke. I don't see a connection between the 2 things. Are they blood CLOTS or little bleeds that THEN clot? That makes more sense. The only connection I can see is if you're taking an antithrombotic e.g. aspirin, clopidogrel, warfarin etc. That may be causing little superficial veins in your skin to bleed.
