Difficult to say: Women with irregular periods often ovulate irregularly as well. Therefore, it is difficult to predict when you ovulate. You can buy ovulation predictor kits over the counter to help recognize ovulation. There are also blood tests that your doctor can perform to confirm ovulation but the timing of the tests have to be accurate.
