Poor prognosis.: Cervical and ovarian cancer are unrelated diseases. Your grandmother is unlikely to have cervical cancer, which occurs primarily in much younger women. Ovarian cancer can sometimes spread to the cervix, and metastasize to other organs. It is treatable (not curable) and your grandmom's general health would predict whether or not she could tolerate treatment. Her oncologist would determine that.

Stage 4 disease: Your grandmother has stage 4 cancer. This is an advanced cancer and I'm sorry to say will likely be terminal. Speak with your oncologist and radiaton specialist, she may be able to have radiation therapy to the bone mets. This may relieve some of her bone pain. Only God knows the hour of our passing. She could live for months or a very short time depending on her baseline performance status.
