Depends: Seroquel (quetiapine) is an antipsychotic medication which can be sedating and calms reactions. If you feel it is having such a strong effect that it is suppressing normal/healthy behavior and reactions, or if it is causing significant daytime drowsiness, talk with the doctor who prescribed it about whether the dose or the medication itself needs to be adjusted.
