Headaches & High BP: Generally for blood pressure to cause headaches, it has to be much higher than what you r reporting. Also, headaches due 2 high blood pressure r usually in the back of the head. That said, however, those readings r not optimal & over time could raise a concern. The headache & dizziness though may b a separate problem & if persists or increases in frequency duration or severity should b checked out

New headaches: If these are new onset headaches, you should be evaluated, particularly if you have associated symptoms like "dizziness" - not sure if this is lightheadedness or vertigo. Please be seen promptly for evaluation.
