Nice start: With the few test that you had done it would be difficult to pinpoint a diagnosis. The results just indicate not an acute inflammatory reaction. Chronic ear infection, sinus infection, allergies, etc. are just beginning of possibilities. Recommend you go back to your physician for a more thorough evaluation or ask for referral to EENT doc. But start with your primary care physician

Lymphadenitis..: Can be because of scalp infection, Lymphoma, Gland TB....need related WU, possible Biopsy.

Better evaluation: It is time for you to see a hematologist for a better evaluation. If a cause of the enlarged lymph nodes is not readily apparent and there is no local infection, you may need to have a lymph node biopsy for examination by a pathologist.
