A member asked:

Its a nasty battle for me tto get through every day. hysterical wars of extreme emotion highs and lows changing by the minute, or the trigger. can i ever be normal? or should i just die?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mental Health: What you describe is normal for some people who have various types of mental illness - anxiety, depression bipolar disorder type 1 or 2, or hormones that need adjusting. Given that they are extreme swings, you would best treated by a psychiatrist. Medication to restore chemical brain balance can give you access to a life without the super highs and super lows of your emotions. Life is worth it!
