Ulnar Nerve: you are putting pressure on your ulnar nerve. At this point since it is going away there is no need to be concerned. However, it would be a good idea to avoid those positions as at some point you may cause enough damage for it to stay numb. Take this from a guy who had surgery on one elbow 3 weeks ago and is having surgery on the other in 6 days for this very problem.

Pinky swear: numness in your pinky follows the ulnar nerve usually at the elbbow a test callede EMG will diagnose this condition if present for more than a week. A neurologist performs this test. chiropractic and therapy hsve known to help. good ergonomics are important
