Petechiae: Heavy vomiting can increase the pressure in the tiny capillaries in the face. They can rupture and cause "petechiae" (red dots). You might have a "24 hour stomach bug" but, if your symptoms have lasted more than 24 hours, you need to seek medical care because it could be something more serious. Meanwhile, rest, drink small sips of fluids frequently & use a heating pad for your stomach ache.

Red Face headache: This grouping of symptoms are sometimes associated to hormones and neurotransmitters. a complete medical history and exam is waranted. Minor viral infections may also present this way . ginger may help the nausea, Fenugreek may help the headache, Pregnancy always needs to be considered
