Most likely.: Since it's important that you get plenty of rest while pregnant, you don't need to change your sleep routine right now. As your pregnancy progresses, you might find other sleep positions more comfortable. Be sure to get adequate exercise during waking hours and, if you have to get up at night, walk around a bit, to avoid pooling of blood in your legs. This helps prevent venous blood clots.
