Laparoscopy.: If you're that sensitive to exercise, you might want to consider definitive management of your endometriosis. What stage is it? Laparoscopic management should make things much better in this regard, which would allow you to pursue a good exercise regimen and not bleed. See your gynecologist to discuss management options for endometriosis.
