Not common at all: In fact I'm unaware of any association between chlamydia infection and an inflamed Bartholin's gland/cyst.

Common: Chlamydia does not cause Bartholin's cyst ,but can infect a pre-existing cyst , not common .You have a painless tiny pea size Bartholin's cyst and you do not have any discharge and your boyfriend test negative ,,so no chance of getting it infected .
