No: True allergies cannot be reversed but you can take other NSAIDs that are unrelated.

It depends: There are about 6 defined immune-mediated allergic syndromes related to NSAIDs. However, these mostly do not involve "sudden" changes in susceptibility. I suspect a non-immune mediated cause, such as a non-immune pharmacologic side effect. Impossible to guess further without more information.
