You may be describing pre-ejaculatory fluid, an odorless, semi-thick and clear fluid emitted from the aroused penis, a normal finding. but may be more heavily expressed in some males. However, an underlying infection (STD/STI) such as gonorrhea is also possible and this can be further evaluated by the physician.
