I just had a 24 hour stomach flu. towards the end of it i passed out (syncope) twice in my bathroom. is this normal? i hit my head badly the 2nd time.

Likely dehydration: Likely dehydration contributing. Would suggest hydration, either by mouth or IV if unable to keep fluids down. If cardiac history as suggested by procedures, time for a visit to ER.
