Not enough info: you had a total hysterectomy. you may still have your ovaries and tubes. you may have a bit of prolapse of the bladder or the rectum or you may have a bit of fallopian tube that has prolapsed. you need an exam.

NEEDS TO BE CHECKED: I will advice you to get it checked by your Gynecologist,it is very difficult for us to say what may be causing the pain without examination

Post hyst vagina: Your surgeon should see you to see what is going on. It may be a simple vaginitis . It can be a cystocele or fallen bladder, rectocele or posterior bulge, or vaginal ptoblem.
