Yes: It sounds like you are (although your at your age its rare)experiencing some basic hormonal changes which could be "perimenpausal" especially with your breast symptoms! Ask your Professional Care Provider if a few cycles of Birth Control Pills would "regularize" you (sometimes a single shot of a progesterone" is used (Medical "D & C). LASTLY if continued a GYN consultation (??D&C) Good luck Z
