Flat feet have more : Of a propensity to develop bunion type issues and this in turn can put pressure on the second toe which could dorsally dislocate or push against yet he third toe. With regards to ingrown toenails if the toes abutt each other they could put more pressure on the nail regions....

TECHNICALLY YES: With flat feet, you kinda roll off the inside of the big toe, so I guess you could be putting more pressure on that nail border, leading to an ingrown nail. Flat feet can also cause bunions, hammer toes, neuromas, tailor's bunions, among other things.
