Period 2x a month: If it is a one time occurrence that could be variation based on stress etc.or can be implantation so would check blood/urine HCG. May also consider sonogram to rule out ovarian causes. If it is recurrent follow up with you OB/Gyn as that is rather often and could lead to significant anemia
