Talk to your rheumatologist and Ob/gyn, prenatal screening/ intrauterine heart fetal monitoring is needed.

Keep moist: This is a very common combination. If you are not already on it talk to your rheumatogist about starting plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine). It is important to pay attention to eye and mouth dryness. There are several over the counter moisturizers for your eyes and mouth. Using a humidifier at home, keeping hydrated, using sugarless gum (to help produce moisture), eye drops during the day, eye oint. At night all help.
