Hard to know problem: Without an exam, it's hard to know what's wrong but try this. Sit down. Breathe in through nose (if possible) for a count of 4, hold it for 6, exhale through lips slowly but fully (count 8) Do this 5 repetions. It's like smoking w/out a cigarette. Then massage the skin between thumb and pointer fairly hard for a minute each. Repeat if needed. If you still feel bad, go to an Urgent Care or Dr.
