Interesting question: ADHD meds work differently in the same person at different points in time. Desensitization does not necessarily occur in all people. The latter situation, unfortunately, will likely abate over time. Someday you will look back upon what things were like back when you were 26 with mixed feelings. Those with significant cognitive dysfunction would not be able to generate a question like this.

Interesting question: Might be a difficult clinical study to do in prepubertal children with ADHD. That said, your list of diagnoses suggest that your ADHD symptoms are not necessarily due to ADHD but, rather, your abnormally high sex drive and likely sex addiction. Seek help for that and you may find your attention and concentration will improve.
