Its not that simple: Formal face to face assessment for cognitive dysfunction including formal neuropsychological testing requires a good physical exam, neuro exam, psychiatric history and cognitive testing. Typically I spend about 3 1/2-4 1/2 hours with a patient before I suggest any sort of remediation. Every one is different. Your's is a good question. Give me about an hour to review the details of your work up.

Quiz at orgasm?: The effects at orgasm and when in love or otherwise happy are not long-standing in terms of hormone / neurotransmitter fluctuations. Also, it depends on the assessment--since when in love or sex, person with ADHD is likely "very focused" on the object of their desire...just not on the trigonometry tables!
