Get Married: I presume your urologist is managing your chronic prostatitis well. That said, neither chronic prostatitis nor erectile dysfunction should prevent you from getting married. I would highly recommend that you discuss these issues with your future spouse if you have not done so already. Both conditions are manageable and possibly curable. Tell them the truth and proceed together.
