Painless urethral: bleeding is usually benign. Urinary infection unlikely if no discomfort with urination. Could be trauma, possibly from intercourse. Most likely a benign polyp/growth inside the urethral; less likely an HPV wart, narrowing/stricture of the urethra or even a kidney stone. Least likely would be urethral cancer. Your doctor, probably a urologist, can sort this out. Best wishes:)
