Penis pain: Is the area red or swollen? Do you recall injuring the spot? This sounds more like external pain, no signs of urethral inflammation (no pain or burning with voiding). You can take some ibuprofen at a dose of 10 mg/kg and you can ice the area for 20 minutes 3x/day for 1-2 days. See if it improves. If not then see physician
