I have a sacral dimple. i have lower back pain, when i lay flat my lower back arches and it feels like something pops. could that be related or defect?

SIJ: ? by female why low back pain & "popping" when she lays on back. Of course a physical exam is needed to provide a meaningful answer. Musculoskeletal phenomenon explanatory is subluxation of a sacroiliac joint because this joint is far more likely to generate these symptoms than the spine. Is there Joint Hypermobility Syndrome (double jointedness)? A wild guess might be spondylolisthesis.
