Do the different military hospitals offer the same services?

Hierarchy: The military runs hospitals from tiny to huge. The level of services increases with the size. The basic services are the same but if you need more complex care, the smaller facility will refer you to the proper level.

No - variable: Dr bensinger is correct. There are massive medical centers like wilford hall in san antonio or walter reed nnmc in bethesda, md. There is one major burn center. Some offer specialized services for wounded warriors. There are fleet hospitals (deployed to combat zones). There are clinics. There is significant variability.
