Wanting to be pregnant at the age of 37?

Great!: Many women are delaying pregnancy into the 30s. You can still have a successful pregnancy. It's a little harder to get pregnant and you need to be aware that the odds of having a baby with Down's Syndrome or other genetic anomaly are higher. But it's quite possible. See your Ob for pre-conceptional counseling. Best wishes.

Go for it.: That age should still be fine for reproductive health and success. If you want to be sure, though, request of your doctor a "3rd day FSH" blood test - it's a measure of ovarian reserve.
