Reach out: Depression is a serious condition that affects millions each year. Feeling ashamed and embarrassed is not uncommon (I wish it was). With serious depression I recommend the following: 1) Talk with physician or psychiatrist 2) Find a psychologist or counselor you feel comfortable with 3) Find a support group (e.g., www.recoveryinternational.org ) Good Luck
