No: Thrush and GERDS represent an inflammatory process that rarely causes the inflammation to involve region nodes. If this were true for the tongue leukoplakia one would see submaxillary nodal involvement which rarely if ever happens and GERDS involving the esophagus if presenting with nodal involvement would cause mediatstinal and not chest wall problems. Have LMD check the so called nodes.

Need more details: White coat on tongue is not always thrush. Do you smoke? Are you sick? How do you know it is thrush? If it is thrush, you need to explore the reason for it. You need to spend some time with your DR. If your Dr fails to provide satisfaction, request a consult with a Dr of internal medicine.
