Dehydration: your vital signs may represent dehydration. the right intestinal side has the appendix and the ileum (connection between the end of the small bowel and the beginning of the large bowel. this could be a simple gastroenteritis but if the pain persists to be localized on the right side you may want to seek medical attention. drink frequent small sips of fluids that contain salts.
