Diff to say: There is implantation bleeding which it could be, or this could be early miscarriage. An ultrasound and visit to the Gyn would be able to answer this for you.

Could be miscarriage: If the "white tissue" had the appearance of a sac it could be a miscarriage. As with most miscarriages, if there is only partial expulsion of pregnancy contents, there can be heavy bleeding, in which case she should go to the emergency room.
