Urethral Trauma: Depending on how the injury was sustained, there may have been an injury to the urethral meatus, or poosibly the urethra proper. If you has gross hematuria (visible blood in the urine) you should see a urologist.

Unlikely: most likely you injured the fore skin go to ER and show to a physician ,some times may need a stitch to stop bleeding
