Premenstrual?: Is it just before your period? If your period is late, you might want to check a pregnancy test. Are you constipated? If you do not have daily bowel movements, you need to increase water and fiber. If the pain is getting worse, you might need to get it checked ASAP. Menses?: Sounds like you could be getting a period or perhaps ovulating (depending on where you are in your cycle). If you have a fever, vaginal discharge or worsening pelvic pain, see your OB/GYN

Pain: The breast tenderness is usually hormonal. Are you coming up on your cycle? pregnancy a possibility? The abdominal pain might be unrelated. Any other symptoms like diarrhea, constipation?
