PREGNANCY TEST: The best time to check a urine pregnancy test is after you have missed a period. If you suspect pregnancy and the initial test is negative, recheck in 1 week. An alternative would be to have a serum pregnancy test performed. Clinical indicators of an early pregnancy may include breast tenderness, fatigue, and nausea and/or vomiting.
