Wondfo opk strips delivered earlier than expected. now they're sitting in -4c for half a day, frozen. do i need to throw them out and reorder?

I do not think so: Read the product information. Usually states the Temp for storage. Cold temp does not spol the chemicals but inert them . So you may want to thaw them to rooom Temp before using it. As long as Expiry date is not gone.

Look at Insert!: Look at the insert which should have been in the container or on a label...if none available .call your pharmacist! Hope this helps Dr Z
