Evaluation: Home ovulation tests can be useful but the more definitive way to determine if ovulation is occurring is a midluteal phase Progesterone blood test. Your Obgyn can order this for you to confirm when and if ovulation is occurring. If you back pain and cramping continue they can evaluate this for you as well.
