Pilonidal cyst MAY: be the answer. Please see your doc. Such cysts are often located at the base of the spine and respond well to treatment. Peace and good health.

Pilonidal Cyst: It is likely to be a pilonidal cyst. Often, these need to be surgically opened to remove the pressure and infection within the area. You need to seek medical care ASAP. If your PCP is open today, go there. If not, go to an Urgent Care center or an Emergency Department.
