Mass vs indurance: if you want strength not volume you can do all the muscle exercises with lower weight and more repitition that will build indurance not volumr if you care about metabolism lifting weight is nit the way to go fogging on the treadmill or around a football field or indoor baketball court or outdoor if the humudity is not that bad like early in the morning or around sun set oin the afternoon good luck
