Hemorrhoid: This may be a small hemorrhoid or blood clot which is not dangerous. Get some Anusol cream and apply twice a day inside and outside your anus. It should shrink up and disappear

Hemorrhoid?: You might be describing a hemorrhoid or some sort of cyst. I don't think this is a fungal infection. Please have it seen by your doctor to consider treatment.
