Is there a difference in health after having early retirement and forced retirement?

Maybe: I'd think that emotionally and psychologically it'd be more challenging to have been forced into retirement, as opposed to choosing to retire. Emotional/psychological health & wellness can certainly impact physical health & wellness. Either way this person could be fine, but if s/he is "forced" to retire, then it'd probably be helpful to be vigilant about his/her emotional health.
