Need assessment: This might be the beginning of gastroenteritis. Do prevent dehydration. Bilious vomiting may suggest obstruction too, esp. if it persists. So please have her seen, and ensure pedialyte intake unless vomiting is uncontrolled.

You decide: A general rule for this is based on the kids behavior.If they are taking feeds/fluids well;playing for periods during the day and sleeping well at night you can probably monitor it at home. If her feeds are off,she doesn't play and otherwise bothers you it is time for a visit.
