Not PMS: The same symptoms can occur after menopause but they aren't caused by PMS. By definition, PMS occurs before a menstrual period. What specialist you need to see is dependent on which symptoms you are having as the causes are different after menopause.

Usually good choice: There is almost no better choice to treat menopause or PMS than an OBGyn. Some reproductive endocrinologists (OBG sub-specialists) and some "medical" endocrinologists have special expertise and interest as well. I am confused, maybe you could restate: if you are menopausal you cannot be having PMS - what's bothering you?
