Might peel: This can happen with strep. Also don't be surprised if your hands and feet actually peel on the tips over the next week or two. You can try an otc antihistamine like cetirizine once daily for this to help with the itchiness. If you get diffuse rash, then you may have a drug reaction.

Strep: Can cause itchy peeling of the fingers, hands and sometimes feet. Use a moisturizing lotion and expect it will resolve in a week or two.
