You mean neonatal?: Do you mean the nurses that take care of babies in the hospital? Or do you mean private duty nurses that help take care of babies in the home ? With both answers it depends what part of the country/world you are in, how much experience nurse has, & what the work circumstances are. A nurse who works the night shift, might be paid more than one who works the day shift, because fewer want nites.
