Unlikely: Permanent makeup is a tattoo. It is not likely you will lose pigment but need to care for the skin as indicated by your doctor. It will need care and probably moisturizer. Depending on how long ago this was done will determine how much you need to do. Call the surgeon or dermatologist who did this and get their advice.
