At the end of each period i have heavy discharge that is stringy like egg yolk my abdomen swells and hurts. is this ovulation?

Timing not right: Ovulation usually occurs mid-cycle. Day 1 of a woman's menstrual cycle is the first day of her period. If the woman has regular periods on a 28 day cycle, ovulation should occur on Day 14. The discharge you describe is probably just the end of your period.
