I have a horrible cold but i take klonipin, omeprazole & claritin daily. is it save to vitamin (s) & tylenol (acetaminophen) & nyquil? claritin is taken in the am

Yes: In fact if you need omeprazole daily, you will need to take magnesium and possible calcium supplement + vit D3 as well since omeprazole reduces magnesium and probably calcium absorption.
